1st Test

Students,

Parents!! Please Open!!

Parents and guardians,

      The first conferences are coming up quickly and I would like to work with you on your child's performance and setting up a time that works best for your schedule.  I will be at the school until 10pm on the evening of the conferences; If you need me to stay later than that, we can work it out and I would be happy to open up my schedule to fit you in.  Your child's performance is very important to me as well as my own performance as an educator, therefore, I would like to have ideas, questions and concerns brought up during these time periods.  Thank you and have a great day!

Mr. Hill

Welcome to the classroom of Mr. Hill's 6th grade 3rd bell.  This year we will be going on a journey back in time to experience the world as it was so many years ago.  I don't need to tell you how lucky you are to be in this class.  We will be working together on subjects and figuring out how to work together and co-exist with our very different opinions.  We will be making a guideline sheet that will hang in the class on what you all agree on for what is appropriate for your blogger experience.  You will be thinking critically in all aspects of this class so on your mark...get set...blog...

           Write a letter to yourself and explain yourself in detail, then explain the current events that are occurring in your time and how they may have effected you 10 years down the road (i.e. Sandy Hook school shooting's effect on school's security through out the country) Talk about who you want to be and the possible career paths you may like to go down. Add any other information that you may feel you would want to know years from now!! Get creative!
